Decor, calm, situation
The choice of pillow: either low thin continental bolster, or a very large and thick pillow, neither of which is suitable for sleeping comfortably. - there should be a pillow that is half way between the two in terms of thickness. ALso, the heating / cooling should stay on even when key card is not inserted.
